UPDATED AGAIN !!!!I though of the date(Chatlet and BBQ de)... it will be from 10 November to 14 November... keep it in that week cause next week the others leaving for China and Jonathan is leaving 1 day earlier than them... which makes is before 19 November...
And Zheng wei leaving on 28 Oct and some ppl have leadership camp on 19-14... JJ leaving around 1-8 too
The timing will be decide on monday!!!!

Time will be anytime,
but the person in charge( for food, BBQ and Chalet/BBQ pit)have to come early
We can have BBQ at the 1st day, the night of course. The food will be decide sonner or later... but we have agree to have Chicken Wing, Hot Dog, Satay, Bee Hoon, Otat and Marshmallow. Ivy will be bringing Cheese cake... and there may be other dessert like can fruits or the longan and almond jelly... will decide with Dwayne and Co. 1st...
P.S: All food will be halal which mean no pork...
Beef will be advoided too as not many cant eat them....
Money for Chalet and BBQ food will be separate... cause it will be unfair for those who are not staying... but BBQ pit have to be paid of course...
Anyway, others who can't go or don't want to then too bad...
